Put in a big day at work and didn't make it home till 7pm. Ran on the tm at 8:15 avg pace for run. Going to start my long run early in the morning, but I am wondering if I will feel spent.....Wish I had some more time to recover.

Ran with a purpose this evening. Half mile warmup and ran a bunch of hill repeats. It was good to get the legs moving and breathing hard. Hope that I'm not trashed tomorrow. I would like to get a midweek long run in, but we'll see how it goes. I would like to watch the Australian Open semis early this morning so I may not get a lot of rest.

Not much purpose in my run today. Just some easy miles with little excitement. Hanna just stared at me the whole time. Kinda made me nervous.

10 easy miles on the tm after work. Nothing special just some easy miles @ 8:15 pace. Looks like winter is here. Snowy and cool!
