| Location: Ammon,ID, Member Since: May 14, 2009 Gender: Male Goal Type: Boston Qualifier Running Accomplishments: Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun. Short-Term Running Goals: Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family. Personal: Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

| Took the kid to Jumprope practice in Rigby and ran on the old highway at 6am. I underdressed .....12 degrees.... Coughing up a storm:(

| Up at 5 AM to go to work. 10 hour workday, and then I'm off for church business. Home to catch a bite to eat and then on to the treadmill running for some downtime before bedtime. Just in case anybody was curious about how my days go these past four and a half years.........but really.......who cares!

| Easy and freakin fridgid run at 6am. Not too bright running this morning....temps were in the 12 to 15 degree range and getting colder towards sun up.

| Late evening run on the mill.... Snapped the adjustment bolt on the roller with 1 mile to make it an even 10.... Easy fix. Didn't think that a bolt like that would break though.
