It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun. Short-Term Running Goals: Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family. Personal: Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

| Some pretty good miles today. Pushed the pace and the ankle didn't bother me at all. Though I would invest in the KTTAPE. It's saving me.

| Ran some 800 repeats today. Avg 3:15 5 of them. Man......I have for a lot of work to do. Pretty frustrated but there is always a starting point.
lost my winter runnin partner tonight. Hanna my golden retriever died this evening. She was a rescue dog that we had for 3 1/2 years. So going to miss her:(

| Odark30 in 30 degree weather. Decent run with very little ankle discomfort.
On a side note.....heart is heavy with my running/pal/family pet passing away. They give so much. It makes God more tangible and real. What a wonderful creation the canine is! I am truly grateful for all aspects of life that we can enjoy and more importantly learn from.
