Running Accomplishments:

Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

4 easy miles with Hanna on a cool (40) degree morning with 10mph breeze. Took her home after 4 and then finished up the run to make 8 plus miles this morning. This will be my only run today due to working a double shift today. Co-workers wife had to make a trip to SLC to have her kidney checked out. She had a transplant a while ago and its playing havoc with her right now. Run felt nice this morning. Wish I had more time!

The work double is not as enjoyable as the running double. 8 is good though.

Kidney problems are very difficult and dangerous, hope she is OK. Good running today. For some odd reason I had the same temperature as you, for one short day.

joe It has been a long day. The wind blew hard today so I didn't miss much.

flat Poor gal has had a liver and kidney transplant and she is only 48 years old. I don't think our temps will match up for a while...
