Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

Feeling better today for the most part. Ran on the tm and ran one of the preset workouts. Don't think that I will do that for a while. TM's inclined climbed and climbed and stayed at 12 % for three miles and then slowly lowered to a more reasonable level. Still hacking up some green goobers, but feeling better!

It snowed today, maybe 2 inches and it appears that it will hang on for a white Christmas. Maybe it is time I picked a winter hobby  to carry me through this winter.

Does the TM slow down when the incline increases. That's what I do when I hit a hill :-) 12%...that seems really steep!

How about watching more of Jack Bower? I would almost call that a physical activity!

Merry Christmas Rye...!

Wow, that is one sadistic TM you got there! Glad the crud is leaving you.

That's some mean climbing. I would fall off.

Every green goober out means you are getting better! ha! yuck!!!!

Take up skiing....it is super fun and makes winter bearable! I hope you start feeling better and have a Merry Christmas!!

IJR thanks and Merry Christmas to you! With this tm running, I blew thru the last three seasons and I'm not sure where to go from here. My son that's in Michigan hasn't seen 8, so I think I'll wait for three months and watch that with him. I think it doubles calorie burning watching Jack save the country.

Slow joe I'm working on my strength to hurdle the snow drifts. Definition of a snow drift: Humm you don't want to know.

Tara have a great Christmas. I'm expecting some mileage out of you this up coming year.

Steam8 ... Does skiing require going out in the snow? I need to get out more. ..... One bad thing about the tm, can't find a great place to launch the goobers in the basement. Do you have any ideas? By the way, you have a great looking family! Kids are the best! You and that great family have a great Christmas !
