Running Accomplishments:

Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

Had to work early this morning so the AM run was out of the question. Got home and went for a run in the afternoon. Yuck! 80 degrees and lots of humidity. That's what I get for running strictly in the morning. 6 hard miles due to the heat. No issues with the ptt. Hopefully past a big hurdle.

\Channel 6 called today and have set up an interview with my daughter today. They are coming over to the house and then to the gym. If you want to see a 16 year old move fast to clean up her room..... just tell them that the evening news is going to do an interview and you will get results. She is excited along with her parents. I will post when it will be on tv. Hopefully they well have a link on their website and some of you non Idaho residents can view it.
