Running Accomplishments:

Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

Nice easy run today. Super great to get out this afternoon on a very pleasant day. Holidays seem to be winding down for me. Daughter and son-in-law are heading back to Moscow Id in a couple of days and my other daughter is heading back to school in a few. My son called Sunday from Michigan, so it seems that we have had are share of excitement and things are getting back to the same old drag. Running is so great to zone out. What a great gift.

My wife has been to Russia a couple of times visiting orphanages...we have a Russian friend that lives there and does lots for the the orphans.

So..does a plesant day mean 20-25 degrees?

IJR I must clarify..... There is a Moscow Idaho. It is near the border towards Spokane Washington. Just a side note: He (son-in-law served his LDS mission in Russia.. Pleasant day in December in Idaho.... hummm that's a tough one, so I am heading towards high 20's with no wind and partly cloudy. What would that be called in Texas? By the way, you guys are amazing doing all that work! Awesome!!!!!

With that gal from Minnesota.... she is either fast as all get out, or she was ticked! Maybe a combination of both. Pretty cool either way. She is currently one of the top milers in America at the moment.

IJR.. not too many Russians in Moscow Idaho, but you should see all the French folks in Paris Idaho.
