Decided to try some mile repeats today to see where my fitness level was at. Short recovery runs between them...... maybe half mile or so is what it looks like. 1mile warm up and then off...... 6:20 6:15 6:18 6:25 6:02. Don't let the last one fool you, it was down hill. All in all I felt okay. It has been a very up and down year for me, so I didn't expect much more than this. |
