One mile warmup and then off for a interval workout. 1/2 mile repeats followed by 1/2 mile easy running. Good workout to get back a little speed. It's going to be a work in progress. 1/2 mile repeats were at a 7:00 pace. Need to start slowly..... still a bit concerned over another injury. Legs still feel good. Great weather today in Idaho.... no wind and sun! Nothing was going on at home so I did a hill workout on the treadmill. Just 2.25 miles. Nothing special, just getting in a few more miles. |
