Running Accomplishments:

Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

Tried to salvage some sort of a week today. Ran 15 + miles up the foothills and back on a very nice but cool day. Started at 37 degrees and finished up around 30 or so. Ran with Sheridan and had a great time visiting about life. Home projects are completed for the most part, so hopefully I will  be back to my normal weeks of running. This was a good run for me today. I haven't been this far since earlier in the year before my injury.

Just about 16 is a great day! Starting out at 37 and ending at 30 isn't so great though. Was a storm blowing in?

Glad all of the honey-dos are done and you can get more running in, although you did a good job getting a run in today!

Hi Steam8. No storm, just the good old Idaho weather! It's suppose to be in the 40's the next 7 days! Great running weather! 12 days and 15 hours before my daughter gets home! Can't wait!

OH YAY! I bet you won't even be able to sleep! How exciting! Running will be easy this week because you will be running on happy adrenaline! The 40s are just a bonus to your great week!

That is great that you got a long one in. Hopefully it is an indicator of things to come.
