Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.
Personal:
Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.
Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.
Ran some easy miles this morning. Temps around 35 or so. Neck and back haven't felt this good in weeks. Hopefully I am over it for the most part.
Three more miles with lazy Hanna. Nice day!Temps in the 50's and very little wind.
Ravenna T Miles: 10.00

Glad the back quack did some good. 2 runs in a day sounds like improvement. Still nice and cool up there I see.

I love days like that. 10 has got to feel so good. I am craving and aching for a run. The weather has been perfect and I am injured again! Cortisone shot tomorrow and I am hoping I can make it across that finish line. Surgery after and then I will have to start back at it to enjoy this running weather!

Joe to think that last year I was doing the two runs a day 3 times a week . I have a ways to go!
IJR I can't get discouraged. I've had a relapse with the neck back thing. I might be stuck doing the lower mileage and biking for a while, which I enjoy anyway.
Steam8 it's good to hear from you. Been wondering about your knee. Hope that you have a great time in Boston. Take a pic Of Fenway Park! I'm jealous!
