Decided to go in and see what is going on with my neck and arm. My left arm has been hurting and goes numb once in a while. I have a slipped disk in my spine that is pinching a nerve that runs along the back and to the arm. Typically it shows up as neck pain. Hoping to recover quickly from this and get back to running. I fell asleep in a meeting and my head was just dangling straight down and I think that aggravated it some. I had been feeling like it was on the brink of something for a couple of weeks now, but only recently did it do my in. Ice and naproxen have been my diet as of late. |
