I mixed things up this week. I ran my long run on Friday. ( I usually run it on Saturday ) So with my legs a bit on the fatigue side I ventured out this afternoon on a sunny clear cool day. 1 mile to loosen up a bit and then ran some mpm. My legs are tired but I still finished ok. This was one of those workouts were you felt like you put something in the training bank. Hope to make some more deposits in the future. Overall a good week considering that I missed Mondays run. |
