Running Accomplishments:

Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

Okay, I'm not the brightest but I didn't have anything to do this morning so I thought I would go out for my run before the day got going...... 5 degrees above.... with the wind chill -13 degrees. Remember Ralphie's brother Randy in A Christmas Story....like a tick ready to pop....well that's how I bundled up. Hanna made it 3 miles before she gave out. I didn't realize how cold till I started to head north when I felt the wind. Well it's off to take down Christmas stuff and play with the kids. Happy New Year FRB"s

Your a brave man for running in those temperatures. Good thing you bundled up. I was in Idaho Falls for part of Christmas day and it definitely was not warm.

twinkies...good to her from you. Stupid not brave is what my wife told me when I got in...

flat amen to that. I laugh every time I watch that movie. Darren Mcgavin is so good and I think everybody knows a father like that!
