Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.
Personal:
Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.
Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.
Short on time today so I ran a faster pace run on the TM. I am missing great weather but I have to put on different hats at different times so this is what I get. 4 miles at 6:50 and then the last 2 @ 7:30. Off I go to the church.

Ha ha...your run is really close to what I ran today (Thursday). It was tough but achievable for me, how about you?

IJR... I surprised myself and felt pretty darn good. Had some left in the tank. The last few miles I could have run a bit faster, but it was still like you said, "achievable"

That is a great run. I don't think there is anyway I could do that! I might be able to do the 2 at 7:30, but I would then have to lay on the floor to let my body recoup! ha!

Joe thanks it was nice to run fast and feel like I had some left in the tank.
Steam8 it was a nice run! About the church thing.... I'm not a counselor..... It's that b word. Get it? Where you dont have a life. Don't let anybody know I need all the friends that I can get.
