Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.
Personal:
Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Ran after work again today. 52 degrees and no wind and lots of sunshine. Perfect day. Hanna came and is totally worn out. Great day! School Carnival tonight.
Nice run afternoon. 52 degrees and very little wind! Hanna took the run off due to sore pads on her paws. Normally she runs along the grass of the paths but yesterday she ran on the path. Drove her nuts when I left without her. Run felt really good this afternoon. Effort was low but the pace was quick for me.
8 miles on a perfect October day. Had to work but that was ok due to warm temps...50 degrees or so. 4 with Hanna on the grass and 4 out along sunnyside. Pace was very comfortable today. Two days in a row.....go figure. Must be the halloween magic in the air.
