Running Accomplishments:

Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

Nice run to work. Warm morning for us in Idaho. 50's with a little breeze. Back to work after a long weekend. Enjoying the summer! Picked up the pace the last 2 miles or so. Felt good and relaxed.

Couldn't sleep this morning. Up at 4:30 and running. Felt good and relaxed. Pace felt real comfortable. As I am writing this, I feel that morning down time. Stayed up too late last night. I guess I must be all keyed up about something.

Up and out the door at 5:30. Muggy morning for Idaho Falls. Ran 7 mile loop around home. Ammon rd to 65th back to Crowley and down Sunnyside to home. Good run. Had a skunk follow me most the run.....well at least I smelled the critter the entire run.

Ran to work this morning. Nice and calm morning. No skunks along the way! Will brave the heat this afternoon and run home today.

Ran home at 1:00pm. Co-worker that was scheduled  to work the swing shift called in at the hospital. His wife is having problems. So I offered to work for him later today for a few hours. Warm afternoon.

Nice run this morning. Ran around the walkway at McCowin Park for a few miles and then around the neighborhood. Lots of people out this morning. Working the swing shift today so yard work this morning!!
