Running Accomplishments:

Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.

Personal:

Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.

Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.

Just some easy miles to work on a gorgeous morning. Low 50's and no wind. Played some basketball before work with the co-workers. No ankle sprains! dangerous sport. I played in high school and never got injured. Playing after high school, one broken bone and 2 3rd degree sprains.... I don't play very aggresive now. It cuts into the running!

Ran to work this morning. Interesting morning....windy and coudy. First time we have had that kind of weather in a while. Felt good this morning. Whatever a 47 year old is suppose to feel like...sigh

Ran part of the way home. 3.20 miles. Wife picked me up at my in-laws. Very warm afternoon.

Working the swing shift today so had a little more time this morning and ran 11 miles. Gorgeous day. Somebody may need to remind me why I live in Idaho Falls in January. Our mornings this summer have been great!

Got a late start this morning. My 15 year old daughter had a appointment to get her braces off!!! I stayed home with my youngest son. When they got back it was a little warm. Didn't have much left after nine miles....

Ran with Sheridan this morning. Had to work so we incorporated that with the run today. Kind of a bummer he got another 6 in. I might try to run home tonight. We will see. Great morning to run. Cool. 25th street to community park around a few times then to the greenbelt and to work.

Managed to run home from work. Nice evening. Looking for a nice Sabbath rest day!
