runnin with a friend

Up at 5am and ran to work on a very cool but nice morning. Temps were hovering around 32 degrees and no wind. Pretty dark out, a sign of things to come. Legs felt strong this morning and hopefully will continue for the run home. Fall is here!

Ran home on a cloudy afternoon with temps I think about 50 degrees or so. Felt real good today running home.

Rode into work with a coworker, but ran home later. Temp around 52 or so with a good breeze, 20+ mph from  the southwest. Avg pace for the run 8:15. I feel pretty good right now. Legs aren't fatigued like last week. I think that my base is built back up partially. I don't feel like it was in April-May but its getting closer. Just in time for crappy weather!

Spent the last two day at Henry's Lake on a fishing trip with a friend. Had a great time! No time for running. Up early and fished till dark and was just worn out. Back at it today and had a nice run around town and around the greenbelt this early afternoon. Temps were hanging around 60 degrees. Just a very pleasant day. Didn't need to help my friend with the inflation of his pontoon boat, so no cross training this fishing trip. Avg pace for the run 8:05 for the run.
