runnin with a friend

Easy miles on a very sunny pleasant day. Temps in the low 70's and just a slight breeze. Need to go in for another adjustment . I took a couple of steps back today. Pretty sore again. I have been watching what I eat the last couple of weeks due to not as many miles running and I have dropped 5 lbs in 2 weeks without much effort. I am at 143 which is about my racing (whats that) weight.

Another 6 miler today. These are a bit on the frustrating side! Really would like to go further but the neck just tightens up and that's all she wrote. Between biking to work and these short runs, I do feel like I am some what fit. Just doesn't feel the same as running 55 miles a week. Friday another adjustment and I will go from there.

Pretty windy and cool today...... maybe I am just a whimp, but I ran inside on the tm and incorporated some weight lifting while I ran. I guess you call it circuit trainng. I have some relief in my neck today. Tomorrow is the adjustment and hopefully I don't take a step in the wrong direction. Miles felt good today.

I've been waiting for this run for quite a while. Easy miles but oh they felt good! Very little neck pain today. Hopefully I can get into the 40's next week with the mileage.
